03📦 Bed Mounting & Alignment
The rollback bed is positioned on the new subframe, aligned for correct slide travel, and secured. We verify the bed slides fully forward and back, tilts to the correct angle, and sits level before final mounting. Tilt cylinders, winch hydraulics, pump reconnection, and PTO installation on the new chassis. We route hydraulic lines for the new chassis geometry, replace any lines that don't fit the new routing, flush the system, and pressure-test all circuits before function testing.
