Built For Tow Trucks.
Only Tow Trucks.
Quik Tow Repair is Gio's shop in Pomona, CA — built from the ground up around the specific systems that make a tow truck work. Chassis, hydraulic, electrical, welding, fabrication, and maintenance. Every system. In-house. One shop.
Why Tow Trucks Need Their Own Shop
A tow truck is two machines in one. The base vehicle — the chassis, engine, transmission, and drivetrain — runs like any commercial truck. The tow body equipment — the hydraulic system, PTO, boom or bed, controls, winch, and all the systems that make the truck do its actual job — is a completely different machine operating alongside the first one. Both machines need repair. Both machines need maintenance. And both machines fail in ways that require someone who understands how they interact, not just one or the other.
Most shops service one side. A commercial truck shop handles the engine and drivetrain and sends the operator elsewhere for the hydraulic system and body equipment. A body shop handles the equipment and leaves the chassis and drivetrain to someone else. The operator coordinates between two shops, maintains records at two places, and explains the truck's history twice. This is the standard experience for most tow truck operators in Southern California — and it's the problem Quik Tow Repair was built to solve.
Gio built this shop around a simple idea: tow truck operators should have one shop that handles everything. Chassis work, hydraulic repair, electrical diagnostics, structural welding, custom fabrication, equipment swaps, and fleet maintenance — all under one roof, from one team, with one set of records. The shop is in Pomona, CA, on the eastern edge of Los Angeles County at the San Bernardino County line. Centrally located for the four-county SoCal towing industry.

Three Things That Don't Change On Any Job
Written Estimate Before Anything
Every job starts with a written estimate. No work begins without your written approval of the full scope and cost. Additional work discovered during a job gets a separate estimate before we touch it. The bill you get is the bill you approved — not a surprise.
Root Cause, Not Symptom
A hydraulic function that's slow might be a pump issue, a valve issue, a pressure issue, or a cylinder issue. A warning light might be an engine fault, a transmission fault, or a body equipment electrical fault feeding a false signal. We don't replace the most likely component and hope — we test until we find the actual cause. Then we fix it. Then we retest.
Documentation On Every Job
Every repair produces a written service report documenting what was found, what was done, and what was verified. Structural welding jobs include geometry verification documentation. Electrical and lighting repairs include DOT compliance documentation. Every job leaves a paper trail — for your records, for DOT inspections, for insurance, and for resale.
